This outdoor fireplace contrasts wood grain imprinted tinderboxes book ending a fire-bricked firebox with hard-troweled hearth and mantel. |
This hard-troweled concrete hearth doubles as a bench during the summer months in the lobby of the spa at Auberge Du Soliel. |

|
This structural fireplace was inspired by the work of Bernard Maybeck; featuring alternating wood-grain relief bands and battered flue that doubles center ridge support. From the base of the fireplace to the top of the chimney is over 33 feet (10 meters). |
