Welcome to Stevens Concrete

A unique cave entrance in the gardens at Rombauer Vineyards is reminiscent of the antique bending tanks. This structure was poured monolithically and features a deep wood grain pattern and acid stain finish.

Complete view: The wood poles mark the location for planting mature trees and the wall cap conceals rope lighting for a subtle backlit effect; this garden feature adds a warm welcome to an open parking area.

This outdoor fireplace contrasts wood grain imprinted tinderboxes book ending a fire-bricked firebox with hard-troweled hearth and mantel.

This hard-troweled concrete hearth doubles as a bench during the summer months in the lobby of the spa at Auberge Du Soliel.

This structural fireplace was inspired by the work of Bernard Maybeck; featuring alternating wood-grain relief bands and battered flue that doubles center ridge support. From the base of the fireplace to the top of the chimney is over 33 feet (10 meters).

Fig leaves dropped in a random pattern on the surface of a pool deck and wrap down the sides of the coping; concentrated in the corner and thinning out across the pool, gives the impression of having blown in from the orchard.
